The 4th Annual Convocation:
The 4th Annual Convocation of the Cooch Behar Panchanan Barma University will be held on Saturday, the 4th February, 2023 for conferring Degree of the following examinations: UG, PG, M.Phil. & Ph.D. – 2020, 2021 & 2022.
- All the eligible candidates (UG & PG Medal / Recipients of Ph.D. Degree holders) may apply in the prescribed online form.
- The Registration Form is to be filled up only through online from 21.01.2023 along with submission of Rs. 1500/- as Registration Fee through Payment Gateway.
- The last date of submission of filled in form is 30.01.2023
- Only the recipient will be allowed to enter in the Convocation Hall to receive the Degree Scroll.
- No recipient will be allowed to occupy his/her seat unless s/he intimates the University by filling up the requisite ‘Online Form” for attending the Convocation in person.
- Recipients of medals/prizes will be intimated individually by speed post/e-mail (as per the office record).
- Lists of recipients of UG & PG medals & Ph.D. Degree holders will be available in the website of this University.
