NOTIFICATION REGARDING DISTRIBUTION ID CARDS & 'UTTORIO'

NOTIFICATION REGARDING DO’S AND DON’TS AT THE TIME OF CONVOCATION

Date of Convocation - April 27, 2017.

How to Apply:

  1. Each applicant has to fill in application online. Please read the application instructions carefully before filling the form online. Once the application has been submitted please print a copy of the application. You can also save a copy of the application form for future reference.
  1. The following documents need to be submitted with the signed printed copy of the submitted application form :
  1. Self-attested copy of final marksheet.
  2. Self-attested copy of Provisional Certificate (if issued).
  3. Self-attested copy of Admit Card / Certificate of Madhyamik.
  4. Two copy recent (not older than 6 months) Passport Size Colour Photographs.
  5. DD (Demand Draft) in favour of “Cooch Behar Panchanan Barma University” payable at Cooch Behar.

Submission of Application Form:

Completed application package (application form with required attachments) can be submitted to the Registration Branch, Cooch Behar Panchanan Barma University, Cooch Behar -736101. The last date of submission of application form: 20.04.2017 at 04:00 p.m.

To attend the convocation in person (Collect Personally) you will need to submit all the required documents (including printed online form) along with a fee of Rs 1,000(Demand Draft).

The ‘Uttorio’ for attending the Convocation will be available at the Convocation Pandal (Cash Counter) of the University. For collecting the ‘Uttorio’ recipients are advised to show the photocopy of the draft of the Convocation Fee of Rs.1000/- (Form-Rs.100 + ‘Uttorio’ - Rs. 200 & Certificate-Rs.700) at the Cash Counter. Cash refund is limited upto Rs.150 on return of the ‘Uttorio’.
